To start taking bookings through the platform as a massage therapist, you will need to use our contact us form page. Our online application process is quick and easy.

No, we do not require you meet a minimum availability per week. However, we do recommend that you try and put in at least 15 hours of availability each week to ensure you make the most of the On Demand Massage Platform.There is also no maximum limit either on how much availability you can add. Feel free to add in as much availability as you like!Entering your availability as far in advance as possible will enable your regular clients to rebook you more easily as they will be offered more booking slots to choose from when looking at your profile.

Our booking process allows users to select a specific massage therapist, when booking through our website. Based on location, appointment time and selected treatment, the user will be presented with a list of available professionals that match the booking request. Your profile will have your picture, along with a short bio and user rating score. Users can also browse and book you via our therapists page by looking at your individual profile, which will include your picture, along with a short bio. We actively promote to build their client base through On Demand Massage.

Following the interview and induction, as long as we have all of your required documents and passed the trade test, you will be made active on the platform straight after the session. This means that you will become bookable as soon as you enter availability on our online diary via the website.

To speed up the process, we strongly recommend that you send all of the required documents as soon as possible.

As a self-employed professional, you are free to manage your diary around your own availability by entering in availability in an easy-to-use online diary. We will assume that when you have entered availability, you are free to honour bookings during this time. It’s very simple to use and easy to add or remove availability in just a few clicks either through our website. You can enter availability 7 days a week, 365 days a year, between the hours of 07.00am-06.00am.

On Demand Massage screens all clients through third party software to confirm they are who they say they are. You see request details for every appointment including, clients name, address, request type, duration. For any issues you may encounter we have a 24/7 call and email support team that includes a specialised Trust & Safety team.

On Demand Massage is a referral platform that helps to connect quality clientele with highly trained wellness professionals. Our platform allows clients to make a request through our website, selecting the date, time , duration and location.

(10:30pm – 02:00am)

• 60 MINS: £65
• 90 MINS: £85
• 120 MINS: £100

(02:00am – 06:00am)

If you carry a treatment table you are paid an additional £15 per booking, on top of the above rates.
Bookings in certain areas also pay you an additional travel supplement of up to £20

Important Things To Note First:

Using our state of the art booking software system you can log in under your own individual profile as and when you need and set your availability yourself. You can also fully customise your coverage area too. In short, our system allows you to work where and when you want.
Customers will then book you online and the appointment details are texted and emailed to you immediately. We have extensive therapist safety features in place as well to give you peace of mind and security. Pay and commission are done daily.

You will work within a system that has a track record of providing lots of clients, therapist safety and great earnings.

We acknowledge that carrying a massage table across London can be vastly strenuous.  We are mindful about  the health and wellbeing of our therapists,  just as much as out clients. Therefore carrying a massage table is not compulsory. Please contact us, as we have a range of options available to make your life as uncomplicated as possible!
Your online account will let us know what hours you are available and your location that you would like to work. This is coordinated to our website and public application where our clients can view when you are available. 
Receive your clientele confirmations and cancellations. Bookings details will be sent direct to your app so you can organise your schedule effortlessly.
